Because of the Corona-Crisis:

Dear patients,

consultations are held primarily in our office but a pre-registration (by phone or E-mail or using our online booking form) is necessary. Appointments can be held also on a telehealth-basis using telephone, Signal (for videocall) or TrustTable (for videocall). First-appointments in our surgery can not be held on a telehealth-basis.

During your visit to our surgery, you must wear a mask or use some other mouth-nose-cover (e.g. scarf). We kindly ask you, therefore, to bring a mask or a mouth-nose-cover with you. Please do not use masks with an exhalation valve as this could endanger others.

After entering our surgery you will be further asked to wash and/or disinfect your hands.

If you experience any of the following symptoms we kindly ask you not to visit our surgery:

fever and/or cough and/or shortness of breath and/or smell- and/or taste-disorder.

Please take note that you can

VISIT OUR SURGERY ONLY AFTER PREVIOUS PRE-REGRISTRATION

(BY PHONE OR E-MAIL OR USING OUR ONLINE BOOKING-FORM).

Prescriptions and answers to your medical questions can be provided to you by phone or by e-mail.
